In addition, PON modules also need to pay attention to the overall operation status of the network to promptly detect and solve potential problems.
(2) SFP module maintenance:
The maintenance of SFP modules is relatively simple. Due to its modular design and hot-swappable function, the replacement and repair of SFP modules are relatively easy. At the same time, the standardized interface of SFP modules also reduces the complexity of maintenance. However, it is still necessary to regularly clean the optical module interface and fiber connector to ensure that their surfaces are free of dust and dirt to maintain the quality and stability of the optical signal.
